Alicia Williams, Co-Founder
Alicia is a passionate educator who loves all things equity and social justice. She earned her bachelors degree from The Ohio State University in Sociology and moved to Houston to join Teach For America. She is a Master Social Studies Teacher and currently serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Facilitator at KIPP Texas Public Schools.
Alicia does this work because educational inequity is deeply rooted in our country. She believes that in order for children in marginalized communities to thrive, educators must be equipped with the tools to be DEI practitioners.
In her free time, Alicia loves to cook new recipes, brunch, read, workout, and explore the world.
